If interest was heavy then Hartleys could have tightened the screws a little more and the heavy interest would have accomodated it.
It's like heavy interest in an expensive car. The interest is only a curiosity ( not a real interest) and many wont pay the price for an expensive car.
Tomorrow's opening will tell. If interest was genuinelly heavy then those that missed out will buy up tomorrow.
