"Maybe they could put their own money where their mouth is and buy more PRE ....you know, show a bit of confidence in their own ability"... Directors cant just buy on the market at anytime they like, there are regulations. If they are currently having negotiations (i.e. with Argonaut, or re a capital raising or about to make an announcement re. a new drillng program), or have other information, which may be considered price sensitive, they cannot trade shares. Imagine if they purchased shares today and announced the MFS for GTS next week?
If you look at the last capital raising, the Directors participated and the Directors, including Rodney Foster, all purchased shares on market during 2010.
