The issue here H4U is that NC needed our money to do what he's done. He took it and as dictated by law he now has a duty to look after our interests.
One mechanism set up to safeguard the interests of shareholders is requiring that an Independent Board be set up. The Board MUST be SEEN to be acting Independently.
It is clear from the postings here on HC that there are serious concerns that the Lynas Board is NOT operating independently. It is not SEEN as being independent.
It is perfectly reasonable for shareholders to expect that this is addressed.
At present Lynas does not comply with the ASX guidelines for good corporate governance.
