IMO we wont have any 'immediate offer put to us' (in regard to the capital raising) as CXY are only looking at SO's with less than 15% of companys capital - not requirung SH approval.

Would be nice to think that some new horizon is about to open.

The last page of Dr Lens Presentation on 31 March 2011 attracted my attention - specifically relating the 'unsolicited proposals to consider joint ventures in Asia" and 'pilots proposed in NZ, Alberta and Wyoming'.

In any case CR will be a positive for the company - looking forward to Monday's release.
