Good find ak - although its not the news we were particularly wanting.
Clearly, comments have been received and now both WDEQ and EPA have to review their positions in regard to them.
Under the WDEQ Water Quality Regulations, this holds the matter up a minimum of 30 days - until at least 29 April. Guess it depends on the specific comments, as to whether it is any longer.
Doubt that the comments will change WDEQ's views but they have to go through the process.
