probably not only institutions....there are fair number of ' ordinary , people out there with holdings in the millions of PRR shares
.... it could be any of these people cashing in early or happy to take a profit / average down / set up a ' free carry '
and keeping some perspective in amongst the excitement and pandemonium ....
... remember that ol' PRR 26.5 c wall / precipice .... just a few weeks ago
