Helps remove any doubts we may still have lingering from past cr. This time 15% dilution pales into insignificance compared to the very real opportunity for fast tracking development on multiple fronts.
Looking forward to the first few diamond cores coming out of TI which should give a good indication to what we may have here. I still can't believe an opportunity like TI could exist in 2011 so close to Kal.
Regarding the cr my only concern is that current shareholders only have the right to apply for a max $15000 in new shares, irrespective of the quantity of shares held. Even this allocation is likely to be scaled back if too many apply. This means someone who recently purchased 1000 shares has the same rights has another holder with a million who has supported the company for years.
I firmly believe cap raising should be implemented on a pro rata basis where long term and significant share holders are given increased opportunity to apply for more discounted shares, instead of having their holdings diluted by both opportunistic newcomers, and so called sophisticated investors.
Anyway that's my only negative on this cr, and I still have to decide personally whether its worthwhile to participate, and if so to arrange funding.
Maybe buying on market would give a more certain outcome that is if they come back to around the spp pricing level which so far looks unlikely.
