    What about a debt facility for around $5M to fund the majority of the CAPEX if the Mn is DSO? Surely a small financial institution would be willing to support a producing operation if it were set to commence within 3-6 months.

    Furthermore, as part of the JV with the Mn, URA would only be looking at paying 51% of the total upfront costs.

    I believe the grades are going to be announced early this arvo or first thing Monday. That should set the tone for how URA will raise funds.

    If they are good (35% +), this will be off and every man and his dog will want a piece. Then they can either arrange the debt facility to support the operation (because production would be imminent) or raise capital via an insto at a higher price.

    If they are below 35% then their deposit will rank similarly to the other ASX Mn stocks and thus the share price will be at the peril of the market and how confident they are in URA making something out of the manganese. Most likely capital will be raised around current prices, 3c-4c via an insto or RI...
