That is something that JH is well aware of and why he wants to ensure that ay JV deal has a clause written into it that the JV partner will not make any TO attempt for a min of 3 years.

As for them saying lets not worry about a JV farmin and just making a friendly or not so friendly take over offer for CTP again he is well aware of that situation and is keeping his eye on a weekly basis on any nominee companies buying shares in CTP.

Again he is trying to put things in place that will try and stop any hostile take over offer, such as having the assets of CTP valued by independent sources that would be published to counter any offer, by giving the shareholders a opinion as to what a share price fair value might be.

Now that my not stop any take over offer in its tracks, but it may give shareholders fair value .
