Welcome back to the fold as I thought you had sold out, It gives me comfort that you have praised ESI for recent hurdles being jumped and that fact that you have recently purchased more excites me from the point that you know what could be possible because of your prior involvement with the company

With the company recently announcing huge Matmor progress maybe the LJ appointment was strategic from the point that they needed to get the sp down to attract an investor or partner for Matmor

I never thought that LJ were appointed to hold the shares
As painful as it's been there has been ample opportunity to top up in the face of company making announcements.
