capital raising

Hey guys,

I've been in PRR since early days (7c or so)...watched it rise and fall and now finally break out once again.

I have sold majority (about 90% of my holdings), kept some just in case but imo this is starting to smell like a cap raising is around the corner.

We all know spring tree is finished and we need cash for Phase III. Sp has shot up massively last few days, from a low of 20c when japan disaster happened to a high of 41c in a matter of a few weeks. Kind of smilar to what happened when we briefly touched 10c and then jumped up to 24c in a week or so just before nasdaq article was announced.

Anyways, to all that are still holding or buying, good luck. I am looking for topups again in low 30's or possibly high 20s. If it does not happen, when news actually gets released i will re asses the situation and may buy once again.
