Definitely need more outlets than TVSN. I just had a bad experience setting up a new account and trying to make a purchase. Successful in the end but was ready to "click out" as it was not terribly user friendly.
Also, one would have thought elixia.com.au would have been up and running to take online orders today to coincide with the on-air debut.
Surely even a banner on the page saying "click here to order" and then re-directs to TVSN ???
Just my thoughts.
