You are most probably right. But that logic didn't work so well with the ex-boss of A1 Minerals, John Williams, who punted the house on himself and AAM, and he was supposed to know a bit about the geology of the rocks.
My impression is that none of the major holders of MCO happen to know a whole lot about mining Victorian gold. It may well be that a mob of cleanskin investors have managed to grab hold of a once in a lifetime oppportunity, but then again maybe not.
My only point is that there is no such thing as a certainty. The sensible approach is to risk only as much as you are prepared to lose (or else keep your stop losses in working order).
