That was a classic culture clash thing - to us the whole thing looks insensitive and a circus and Indonesians are saying the same thing, including the Indonesian trade minister.

But the police actually caught somebody and have more people on their list. It may be a circus but the story is unravelling. Our police would have caught no-one in the circumstances.
