Well...in the last years we made a lot of maths and I posted some calculations on different occasions. In my view one thing is for sure: BTR on this level is undervalued. As simple as that. Regarding possible future potential we may chose ever scenario you like. From a normal case scenario (Perkoa starts production) an a probable SP of 1.20 to 2.00 depending of zinc price level to a best case scenario including Mumbwa (hit the mother load and definitive confirmation of a large IOCG deposit). In this case we are very probably talking of a SP of 3-5 A$ or even more (10 % of Olympic Dam reserves = approx. $10 per share at least). Rembember that time were AIM had a market capitalisation of several hundred millions of A$ ? At that time the company had nothing more the a hole in the ground, 1 good drilling result (S36_001), zinc price at 4500 $/ton and a CEO that was very creative in creating value (or hot air if you may prefer). I have still the feeling respectively I am quite convinced that we will see a SP of A$ 1.00 in the next few weeks. End of year I think we might see A$ 2.00 and I will not sell...because I think this will not be the end.
Furthermore...the Mumbwa story is not over. We are still at the beginning of a long journey and (unfortunately) I think that BTR is a takeover candidate.
You can look at BTR from different angles.....conclusion will be always the same: on this level the company is just to cheap and the long term holders or new investors will be substantially rewared in the next 1-4 years. Depending on what will happen.
I just hope that BTR will unfold its complete potential before a possible takeover will happen. I am holding and accumulating this share till the Flory days. I have bought at 3.50 and at 0.06 and I have also bought in the last few weeks to top up.
