If there is volume (as there has being) someone is buying and someone selling.
Now I heard all the indirect reasons why you would should not buy, but for a bit of balance, how about some reason why you are still in. Otherwise why don't you sell out and don't bother with a stock that some directors do not have (enough) shares in it.
