I can see both sides of the argument.

A) There is nothing to report on Senegal so they haven't. Seems simple really.

B) Shell walked in August 2009 and it is now April 2011 some 20 months later............decree is now nearing 5 months overdue.....perhaps shareholders need some reassuring?


I invested in June 2007 for a Senegal well - I feel we are no closer to this day than we were then. But management have excelled in other areas such as Kora, Guinea Bissau and raising capital.

These deep sea plays do take a long time to get up and running and unfortunately we as shareholders, just have to do the time. I don't like it, but it is what it is.
