So I'm looking as I said at SSN as a reference for the commencement of a dual listing to get a sense of what we might expect for PRR.
- sp Dec 19 2007 is 0.09
- sp Dec 27 2007 is 0.11
- SEC ann of SSN listing was on Jan 4
- sp Jan 7 2008 is 0.11 (listing day on AMEX)
- sp Jan 22 2008 is 0.09
Looking at the other news flow around those dates there was some stuff going on- minor oil/gas sales- nothing major.
Besides the moderate response to the ACTUAL listing the key point here is that there was about 3 days in-between approval and actual listing. This was the AMEX though and not the NASDAQ.
So?
UNILIFE- 4 day gap (NASDAQ)
SAMSON- 3 day gap (AMEX)
For what it's worth...
Anybody else have an example for comparison?
