It may be a cap raising of some sort, which is about the only thing I can think of that would explain today's bizarre underwhelming market response to what would appear to be a very good Pyrolysis announcement early this morning.
Hopefully it's not a takeover ann., as it's way too early in the process to be short-changed by something like that...
