Morley - you and I seem to watch some of the same shares...based on your handle I wonder if you may be someone I know who sold a business back in 2007. Enough of being cryptic.
I have had some discussions with representatives of PEH and know of others that have had dealings. Based on those discussions combined with the publically available information I personally would not ever go anywhere near this company.
