Title: Isoft Takeover Headed for Courtroom.
As Cohen has first rights to OCP shares he could cuase issues unless more money is put on the table. Further he has mentioned how he is not happy that ISoft board recommend the takeover when the same board members are on the board of OCP.
The article talks about how Cohen is speaking with Energex to see if they can put forward a counter bid. The article mentions how Obama administration is looking at putting health records on electronic format etc and how Isoft would be a perfect fit for Energex.
It finishes off by stating that Cohen will likely wait to the last minute to put forward any counter offer in an attempt to wear down CSC.
