Reading the posts on this thread highlights my original comment that we are too highly taxed by the multitude of different taxes everyone mentions they want to cut/alter
Income tax is not too high, maybe its not baslanced but it's all the other stuff that are called fees that rip the money away from the average person. Land tax, sales taxes, tax on fuel, fees for this and that even fees to register your job if you are a nurse or plumber.
Its these hidden taxes that hurt our country in the governments demand for more and more money
