Don't get me wrong, I think the aquisition of the company is a good thing for PBI. It's definitely a positive.

BUT

I believe the share price in the short term (after the capital raising price is declared) will drop in that direction.

It doesn't matter a great deal who was offered the new shares.

I could see myself buying into this company but I'm going to hang back and see what happens after the placement. No point in rushing into anything.
