All this talk about gap. The biggest gap we have at Lynas is on the board. I have just read the presentation put out by NTU and the thing that impresses me there is the composition of the board. All with mining background and plenty of varied experience. The Lynas board is too restricted, too small and not shareholder oriented. It would be nice for Lynas to expand its board with one of the NTU board members on both boards. One day I may see "gap filled" there too.
