Lot of small cap stocks got hit hard today, not just the uranium co's. Still, an upgrade today of the Fukushima disaster to a max 7 on the scale (only other one to reach that was Chernobyl) definitely wouldn't have helped; ACB actually fared pretty well compared to some others in the same field, check out MEY for an example.

Understandably, sentiment on uranium and nuclear generation is down atm, but with over 60 reactors under construction in 15 countries, I can't see any way but up mid-long term.
