directors buying

I have had a few emails with Kos last night about future projects.

We also discussed the matter of directors buying, and he gave me the nod to forward this portion on for HC posters...

"As regards Hotcopper and Director buying, our Chairman has made a clear statement on this issue and his philosophical stance against it. For me personally (I am not a Director), I am restricted by my unique knowledge of intensity of what we are doing outside of public sight and am advised that the legal negatives are to high for me to consider purchasing, no matter my personal enthusiasm for the company.

I am over that issue being raised over and over again. I hope this will put the matter to bed.
