    I had a conversation with Robert Schumtiema back in January of this year, basically they have a prpoposal on the table in front of the Italian government for $5m - $10m. I assume it is still up for grabs given the most recent cashflow announcement. A $5m deal would be more revenue than the company has seen in an entire year to date.
