Sorry - I originally read the Announcement as 5th April as being the register date.
"The Offer is open to all Eden shareholders who are on the register as at 5.00pm WST on 5 May
2011 (the Record Date)"
I note it is the 5th May, which makes a big difference.
One wonders though if "the sophisticated and professional investors towhom disclosure is not required to be given" were part of the sell down.....
