    getting closer to 0.17 and they have yet to issue any of those shares,
    i am in the pack at 0.16 just in case someone is silly enough to have a stop loss still set...but it would seem most of the dilution wont happen till after a egm next month maybe...so could still be @ 0.17 then if no contract signed
