Tax loss selling-Traders opportunity

At this time of the year I build up a little cash to take advantage of the month of June when the tax loss sellers come out to dump at all costs.

The usual candidates are stocks that have above average trading and whose tradewaited average is now at a discount to the existing market price.

these can drop by 30-50% in the next month,and rebound within 2-3 weeks post June 30.

The search is now on---any suggestions or theories to pick them.

KCN as pictured below is on a strong uptick and is the least likely.
