Your Assessment is too gloomy.
1)The cash at hand is too little & useless anyway because it will be wasted.
2)The revenue from BSM is too late & useless as well.
3)Zeehan/EADF/Env bond non revenue generator.
4)GBG effort is useless & non profitable.
No sun ray of hope ,it seems....INL is a dog that ought to be put down.
I must work my brain again reassessing this horrible situation.
