This confirms how undervalued and unloved NKP are at the moment.

Aquarius goes out and buys for $ 109 million a resource that still needs to undergo exploration, PFS, DFS, BFS and is significantly smaller in size.

NKP have a measured resource at G and are hopefully finally due to release the BFS in May. NKP also have Tubatse (excluding "N") and probably at the same stage as these Afarak deposits but zero value is attributed to NKP for this.

So this is a reflection of perceived poor management, implosion of confidence on the Tubatse legal challange and newsletter sell recommendation. These factors can turn around very quickly and if Aquarus see Afarak as a good deal then to be honest NKP in any stretch of the imagination cannot be worth less than USD 500 million as is.

This is a bargain staring at investors who are still chosing to look elsewhere.
