Without the thumbs up and thumbs down this forum is no longer fun ... I have been drawing thumbs on my screen instead but now I can't read my computer ... perhaps people can start their posts with a TU if you agree with the general theme of the thread (being judged by the very first post) and a TD for the alternative.

T/U --------------------------- They are now selling it as a pyramid scheme everyone wins no losers, people will be over compensated millions of households will win, the deception and fraud contnues did Labor learn how to scam like this in Nigeria? or are we the new Nigeria?
Nothing Labor says can be believed even in the unlikely event they tell the truth nobody will now believe them, their credibility is gone, up in smoke so to speak!

----------------------------------- Can someone please explain how this new tax is going to reduce our CO2 emissions when;
1. Our coal exports are rising. 2. Our other mineral exports are rising. 3. Our LNG exports are rising. 4. Our population is increasing. 5. Taxing my energy use and giving the money to someone on the dole isn't going to change my behaviour and certainly isn't going to change theirs. 6. China, India and the developing nations are massively increasing their emissions, whilst the First World is plateauing off.
I'm bloody bewildered by this tax grab I cannot see any benefit only more taxation, more government intervention and more waste.
