    My accountant says I should convert my oppies before tax year ending June 30th 2012.

    But everybody has different time scales regarding holding and selling.

    I will exercising before 30/06/2012.

    But at the moment.......taking a long term view and considering how long I've held the oppies I hold.....

    I wont be exercising for quite some time yet.

    Hey........but that's just me.
