@ RYANO, I just re-read that link and it DOES NOT say " Prima were listed on the NASDAQ earlier this month allowing American institutions and investors to acquire shares in the company."
It says "Prima aim to be listed on the NASDAQ in the coming months ", that nothing new, we have all known that since back in September 2010...
