bizarre chappo, thats how shareholders find out that potentially part of the assets we shareholders own will be diluted, offered, given, bought, sold, had a choice of, who knows, the list goes...............

Is that not price sensitive or should have more disclosure??

Im stumped as i feel buyers/sellers are as well right now, trying to figure it out? Good or bad?
