Can I nominate, say, Jukie to be my proxy? If that's okay with you Jukie. Or is it better to go with the ASA? Who would I send my form to?
I'm in Far North Qld so there is no chance of me sharing the tea and biccies with Nick and his mates.
I'm just thinking of a scenario where someone can stand up at the meeting and say " I have here in my hand the proxy votes of (pick a number) 200 small shareholders who are outraged that this deal should even be contemplated and have asked me to represent them here today. They say NO, emphatically NO, each and every one of them etc. etc. "
