Those following the SPP on this forum would be by now aware that current first past the post SPPs are flawed because there is no accurate mechanism in place to quantify who crossed the line, when.
Come up with a quantifiable method of determining a first past the post SPP that cannot be challenged and then those that want to can opt for it.
