JPM is not a substantial holder in its own name. It is a nominee account, so they are holding on bahalf of others - presumably clients who have bought shares through them. Same as the HSBC nominee account. So although they have more than 5% in their name, they haven't registered as a substantial holder.
They could influence the sp if they told all their clients to sell (if their clients took their advice). Anybody know JPM's current % holdings?
