Sskim, if you are buying and holding, I think you are too focused on now and the near-term. If IPL can perform well in the medium-long term, it cannot be ignored and the SP will eventually rise accordingly.
It's always a worry when something is underperforming relative to the market and there seems to be no reason...that reason usually rears its ugly head and the minnow investors get burnt worst. Hope this is not the case here.
