Report was impressive. But for me the thing that really did it was how low the Interest rates are from the bank of china. Imagine being able to borrow as much as you like with no personal guarantee at around 2-3% interest and to top that off all the company loans were done in usd between 4-8months ago. The exchange rate alone would reduce the debt by miles only blue sky's ahead i do see some silver hedges getting brought out very soon but.
