1) Free options will be issued to people who take up the SPP

3) Expiry date of the options is 30 June 2014
Ergo, if the share price of the options is (eg) $1.00 on 30 May 2014, and I have (eg) 20,000 free options, I can exercise my right to buy them for $4,000 and they will immediately be converted to "normal" shares valued at $1.00 (or $20,000).
