Yep. Explains the RBS and Stateone reports. Like all of us, I bet management are bitterly disappointed that QHL didnt get any SP traction from the JSF contract that would have raised the necessary cash with lesser dilution.
Having said that, if this fund raising deal involves giving a big potential customer (LM, EADS, BMW, Boeing) a share of the company, it would be a good thing IMO. But, I doubt that will be the situation.
