how can the company do this to shareholders

Hey guys, I bought into APG a few months ago, happy with it going up since then so not complaining about that!

What irks me the most is that I looked into this company prior to buying and everything seemed to be leading up to a crucial announcement in March, now we all know that you have to do your own research and you have no one to blame if its wrong BUT to be told that an announcement this important was coming in March (and lets face it, it IS an important announcement) of course people will buy into that - its normal practice.

It borders on misleading information to shareholders and prospective shareholders and the company should be held accountable. It takes 5 mins to send out a fax and keep everyone updated.

The thing is we have Easter starting next week, last trading day will be Thursday and wont reopen til Wednesday I believe (5 day long weekend here in NSW) which means it could very well be May before we get the announcement - its just so wrong!

Anyway that's my gripe :)
