I think those who think the price has been held back because of Nick Curtis' conflicts of interest with the Crown sale are naive
What Nick Curtis is doing goes on ALL THE TIME. How do you think Wall Street functions? The institutional investors that drive the price know this. They are in the industry. I really don't think what Nick has done has left a bad taste in their mouths. Notice that it is the retail investors that are up in arms- not the instos.
Furthermore, Crown hasn't even been factored by the market into Lynas' valuation, and therefore its sale is immaterial to the Lynas share price.
Quite simply, Lyans' share price hasn't kicked on today because the overall market is down. I am hoping it trades back up to $2.60 by close of trade though.
