    I would have thought SER would be best to stay in limbo while negotiations continue. To do a CR now would just muddy the waters unnecessarily. I can see that any CR now could be done at an historically high price per share, but I think management will be too canny to be so tempted. Having said that, I should add that I make my judgment based purely on my admiration for what I've seen so far of current management. I don't totally rule anything out.
