What rights? It was disclosed that the SPP was first in first served. For a $7m SPP there is only places for 466 shareholders assuming they all take up the full $15k.

If they were to accept all SPP applications and apply a scale back so they only accepted $7m, your $15k application would probably only turn out to be (taking a guess) $2,000. Hence $2,000 at a 13% discount to mkt price = $260.. BIG WHOOP!! Are you all on the age pension or that tight you can't see the bigger picture???

I was not entitled to the SPP though I find this a great buying opportunity on market before TI results and the fact that a lot of people sold 200,000 shares thinking they can take them up at 7.6cents.
