There is more to this than just lack of selling pressure. I don't think a stock jumps 14% on nothing....
There is something up here maybe some news around the corner. Last time I checked drilling was going to start early May. Possibly something to do with drilling contracts ???

construction has started at Tshipi. They did say construction will start immediately back in Feb.
