By the way if you read in between the lines of past announcements, its quite clear that the board didnt think it needed to dilute shareholders through the standard capital raisings most small stocks use.....It is looking at other means to raise the capital they need which I believe will be through selling a stake of the project to someone that the land owners agree with....that should substantial rerate the company...Hence the recent price action.....
Price target .13 cents by end of first day trade...
