My sources say my investment in NWE is wise and the rig contract is as good as signed. However, NWE have a history of not spuding on time. I believe a June/July spud is more feasible compared to 'late May'.
The issues I initially see = signing the rig contract and ground water contamination.
My sentiment = 'Buy' if I have more $'s
